SRT Theatre Camp made for one of the most fun summers of my life. It gave me an opportunity to engage in the things that I loved about performing in a comfortable environment where I was surrounded by people who soon became family to me. I felt like the long lost member of a family who was waiting for me to start the party, and that made for an incredible experience. I was comfortable to express myself and knew I was having a great time in the process. Carmela and Hayley are absolutely fantastic and somehow manage to handle all of the kids and stage a wonderful show at the end of it all. The camp process really gave me an opportunity to develop certain aspects of myself as a performer, including and especially my vocals, stage presence, cast relations, and audience interaction. Despite the large number of kids in the camp, I felt like I had a lot of care and attention given to me. It's a one of a kind summer experience that develops lasting relationships and performance skills and is a lot of fun.
