I met my 3 lifelong friends and my college roommate through Smiling Rhino Theatre!
The 5 summer camps I did created the best memories, helped me come out of my shell, and gave me the most amazing friends. In middle school, I could be shy and awkward, but the chance to do theatre in such a comforting and encouraging environment was the best thing for me. The atmosphere is so supporting and enthusiastic, I ended up feeling amazing while onstage, and that self-confidence and esteem has carried on through everything I do. The sense of encouragement Carmela and the campmates provide is what makes an incredible difference at SRT !
